RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.
Returns can be made by post or in person.
If you need to return or exchange an item please complete the form at the top of this section.
RETURN EXCEPTIONS
Products that have been worn, used, damaged or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
SHIPPING
We do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order unless there is a manufacturer defect.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. The cost of this can be refunded in the case of full refunds.
EXCHANGES
If the product being returned is in a like new condition, you may exchange your product for a different size or colour. You will not be subject to a restocking fee in this case, but you still will have to pay return shipping.
REFUNDS
Refunds will take approximately 7 working days to be paid into customer accounts.
