- Skip an upcoming delivery

- Cancel your subscription
Changes must be made before the next billing date to take effect for that cycle.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.
Cancellations made before the next billing date will prevent future charges
If an order has already been processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will be delivered as scheduled
No minimum commitment applies unless explicitly stated on the product page.
5. Delivery, Refunds & Returns
Subscription orders follow our standard Delivery, Returns & Refunds Policy.
We do not offer refunds for subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped
If a product arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us and we will resolve this in line with UK consumer law
For hygiene and safety reasons, some consumable products may be non-returnable once opened.
6. Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails:
We may retry the payment automatically
You will be notified if action is required
If payment cannot be completed, the subscription may be paused or cancelled
