All orders aim to be shipped within 24 hours, excluding weekends and Bank Holidays.

All UK orders include free shipping* and will be delivered by Royal Mail unless next day shipping is selected at checkout.

*This does not include bouldering pads, due to their size.

Please note all orders to EU destinations may be subject to import duties and destination VAT.

Which is why all our mailing bags are biodegradable, and we’re in the process of changing all our product packaging to 100% recyclable material. Our dedication to providing the best climbing products would be meaningless if there is no planet to enjoy them in. 

BACKORDERS

If an item goes on backorder we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.
