Here's the deal. At Psychi, we're mad about climbing, adventure and the outdoors but we're not very good at social media. So, we're looking for a creative Content Creator & Social Media Coordinator to help tell our story through engaging photo, video and social content.
This is a hybrid role, working from our office in Marple one day each week and remotely for two further days. The role is part-time (24 hours per week) with the opportunity to develop into a full-time position as the business continues to grow.

What you'll be doing.
• Creating high-quality photo and video content for the Psychi brand.
• Photographing and filming products, athletes and climbing adventures.
• Editing content for social media, our website and marketing campaigns.
• Planning and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other
platforms.
• Helping develop creative campaigns and new content ideas.
• Supporting product launches and events with engaging media.
• Keeping up to date with social media trends and bringing fresh ideas to the team.
About you.
We're looking for someone who:
• Has a creative eye for photography and videography.
• Understands what makes engaging social media content.
• Can confidently carry out basic photo and video editing using software such as Lightroom, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar.
• Is organised, self-motivated and happy working independently.
• Is enthusiastic, full of ideas and excited to learn.
• Holds a full UK driving license.
• Lives within a reasonable traveling distance of Marple, Greater Manchester and is happy to travel into the Peak District.
Previous commercial experience is a bonus, but it isn't essential. We'd much rather find someone who lives and breathes climbing, loves creating content and wants to grow with us.
