Booking a Psychi Adventure Course:

When you have decided on a course and course date you are required to complete and submit a booking form in full.
On receipt of the booking form and full payment we will issue a course itinerary, kit list and invoice.
Your place on a course can only be confirmed once payment is received and booking form completed.

Course Payment:

Payment is due in full when booking is made online.

Amendment / Cancellation by the Customer:

All cancellations must be via email (info@psychi.co.uk) and acknowledged by Psychi UK LTD.
If you cancel your place on a course within 7 days of the course start date, on the commencement date of the course, or during / after the course, we will not be able to refund your payment.
If you wish to amend your booking (change to another course date) within the 7 days cancellation / amendment period, we will do our best to try and fill your original place and move you to an alternate course. This is not guaranteed and at the discretion of Psychi UK LTD.
We recommend that you take out personal insurance to cover cancellation on your part.
